Almond Milk Hot Cocoa:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan until warm. Serve.

Notes:

Make it nut-free: Replace almond milk with non-dairy milk of choice.
