Hormone Haven Smoothie

 Serves 2 (about 16 fl oz or 480 ml per serving) | Prep time: 10 minutes

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup (78 g) frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (40 g) young Thai coconut meat pieces
  • 1 3/4 cups (420 ml) fortified nondairy milk of choice (almond, hemp, rice, etc.)
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 cup (40 g) tightly packed fresh spinach

 

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Blend and serve.
