Hangover Helper Smoothie

Serves 2 (about 16 fl oz or 480 ml per serving) | Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup (170 g) honeydew melon cubes
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled
  • 1/2 cup (17 g) tightly packed watercress (leaves and top parts of stems)
  • 1 cup (40 g) tightly packed fresh spinach
  • 2 Tbsp (5 g) tightly packed fresh parsley
  • 1/2-inch (13-mm) piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (about 1/2 fresh lemon)
  • 1/4 Hass avocado
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) coconut water 

 

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve.
