Banana Cinnamon Ice Cream

Serves 1 (about 3/4 cup or 180 ml) | Prep time: 3 minutes | Blend time: 2 minutes | Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Read through recipe and put all ingredients in your work area before starting your prep. 

  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend banana chunks, vanilla and cinnamon on low until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

Notes:

Storage tip: Leftover banana ice cream can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Let it come to room temperature for 5–10 minutes before eating for a softer consistency.
