Green Paint Dip with Seasonal Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (256 g) nut butter (cashew, almond, etc.)
    3 Tbsp spirulina or other green powder
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) agave, or sweetener of choice (yacon, maple syrup, date paste or stevia)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fortified nondairy milk of choice (almond, hemp, rice, etc.)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 2 Tbsp maca powder, mesquite meal, tocotrienols or cacao powder

Instructions:

  1. Read through recipe and put all ingredients in your work area before starting your prep.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl using a small whisk, until you have a dark green, smooth, paint-like texture. Serve as a dip with your favorite seasonal fruits.
