Popeye Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 3/4 cup (113 g) mango cubes, frozen
  • 2 cups (80 g) tightly packed baby spinach
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) nondairy milk of choice (almond, hemp, rice, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Blend and serve.
