2 cups (360 g) cooked chickpeas, or one 15-ounce (425-g) can chickpeas, rinsed
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp tamari
2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions:
Read through recipe and put all ingredients in your work area before starting your prep.
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix them well, then spread them out
onto the baking sheet.
Bake chickpeas for 25–30 minutes, or until they become crispy, stirring halfway through cooking. Enjoy immediately.
Notes:
Storage tip: Roasted chickpeas will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
