Zucchini Hemp Hummus serves: 3 servings (1/2 cup per serving)

Ingredients:
2 cups (304 g) peeled and roughly chopped zucchini
1/2 cup (120 g) tahini
1/4 cup (40 g) hemp seeds
3 Tbsp lemon juice (about 2 fresh lemons)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Read through recipe and put all ingredients in your work area before starting your prep.
In a high-speed blender or food processor, place all ingredients and blend until smooth. If you use a food processor, you'll need to run the motor for a few minutes and stop and start the machine a few times to scrape the bowl down. Serve with crisp raw veggies, such as carrots, celery sticks, broccoli, cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices.
