Beet Basil Juice

Beet Basil Juice Serves: 2 servings 2 (8–12 fl oz or 240–360 ml per serving)
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Juicing Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 beets, peeled
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 10 romaine leaves
  • 1 apple, cored and seeded
  • 1 cup (24 g) fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 lemon, peeled

Instructions:

  1. Read through recipe and put all ingredients in your work area before starting your prep.
  2. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  3. Juice all ingredients. Enjoy. Serve over ice if desired.

Notes:

Storage tip: Fresh juices should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours. If you aren’t able to enjoy your juice within 24 hours, it can be stored in the freezer in a glass mason jar for up to 1 month (be sure to leave room at the top for expansion once frozen).
