Basil Berry Juice

Basil Berry Juice serves: 2 servings (8-12 fl oz or 240-360 ml per serving)
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Juicing Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled if not organic
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 3 cups (432 g) whole strawberries, de-stemmed
  • 2 Tbsp whole basil leaves (tightly packed)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Juice all ingredients. Enjoy 1 serving now and store the other for later (see below). Serve over ice if desired.

Notes:

Storage tip: Fresh juices should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours. If you aren’t able to enjoy your juice within 24 hours, it can be stored in the freezer in a glass mason jar for up to 1 month. Remember to leave a little room in the top of the jar as the juice will expand upon freezing.
