Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, peeled if not organic
- 4 celery stalks
- 2 small apples, cored and seeded
- 1 1/2 cups (105 g) chopped red cabbage
- 1-inch (2.5-centimeter) piece fresh ginger, peeled
