Granny Smith Apple Pie Smoothie

Granny Smith Apple Pie Smoothie serves: 2 (20–24 fl oz or 600–720 ml)

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, peeled and seeded
  • 1 1/2 cups (36 g) kale, leaves only, tightly packed
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) fortified non dairy milk of choice (almond, hemp, rice, etc.) 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pitted Medjool date (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Blend and serve.
