Green Me Up Juice

Green Me Up Juice serves: 2 (8–12 fl oz or 240–360 ml per serving)
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium celery stalks
  • 1 cup (165 g) pineapple chunks
  • 1 pear, cored and seeded
  • 2 Swiss chard leaves
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1/4 cup (10 g) tightly packed fresh parsley leaves and stems
  • 1 cucumber

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Juice all ingredients. Enjoy 1 serving now and another one with your afternoon snack. Serve over ice if desired.

Notes:

Storage tip: Fresh juices should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours. If you aren’t able to enjoy your juice within 24 hours, it can be stored in the freezer in a glass mason jar for up to 1 month.
