Peachy Green Smoothie

Peachy Green Smoothie serves: 2 (12–16 fluid ounces or 360–480 ml per serving)
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Blend Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (40 g) tightly packed fresh spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup (250 g) frozen peaches
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds 
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml or 12 fluid ounces) nondairy milk of choice (almond, hemp, rice, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Add ingredients to blender in order listed. Blend and serve. (If needed, add 1–2 tablespoons water at a time to achieve thinner consistency.)

Notes:

Storage tip: Fresh smoothies should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consumed within 12 hours. If you aren’t able to enjoy your smoothie within half a day, it can be stored in the freezer in a glass mason jar for up to 1 month.
