Sesame Superhero Smoothie

Sesame Superhero Smoothie serves: 2 servings (16 to 20 ounces)
Prep Time: 3 minutes | Blend Time: 2 minutes | Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup collard greens (36 g), cut into ribbons, tightly packed
  • 1 large banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) sesame seed milk or nondairy milk of choice
  • 1/8 cup raisins, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Blend till smooth and serve.

Notes:

Storage tip: While it’s best to enjoy this right away, the Sesame Superhero Smoothie will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day, or frozen for up to 1 month.
